Southern California Outreach Event

  • Riverside Community Hospital 4550 Brockton Avenue Riverside, CA, 92501 United States (map)

We seek out masters of their craft — tradespeople who value safety, quality, unity, and honesty.

We don’t just build buildings. We partner to provide a sophisticated construction service, and our trade partners are a big part of that. Through collaboration, competence, and ingenuity, we can build anything, anywhere, together.

Join us at our upcoming Layton and HCA outreach event and become a valued Layton trade partner.

Riverside Community Hospital

  • Several make-ready and enabling projects are required on campus after the parking garage and prior to the patient tower construction. These will include a major renovation scope within the existing hospital, reconfiguration of the main hospital entrance, and demolition of the existing parking garage. • The new patient tower is currently in design and will be submitted for permit this year. The request for proposal is anticipated for early 2027.

  • Several non-enabling projects are required on campus after the new patient tower. The request for proposal is anticipated for late 2027.
