Buildout of existing shell space to house new PAT area so that the existing PAT area can be converted into a Bi-Plane suite. Project is roughly 5,700 SF and includes some steel work on the roof to accommodate new HVAC equipment. Extensive above-ceiling and below-slab MEP work, as well as interior finishes.
